COMMERCIAL & CLIENT JUDGMENT

Make the commitment credible.

I help clients turn an interest in AI into practical options and prototypes. When expectations exceed the signed scope or the available capacity, I lead the conversation about priorities, prerequisites, and what needs to change.

PEOPLE & CAPACITY

Match capability to credible demand.

I challenge sales forecasts with evidence and separate short-term staffing pressure from sustained hiring needs. I work with recruiting to assess how candidates reason through real problems and whether they are willing to keep learning.
